We charge an hourly fee with a one hour minimum (please see our website for current rates) and then by the quarter-hour if we need to be there longer than an hour. Some repairs are quoted as a flat rate; we communicate that with you when that happens.

We come to you - you never have to take the wires out of your computer and have to wonder where they get plugged in when the computer is returned.

We never charge a travel charge in our service areas (which is most of the Valley of the Sun) and we will never suggest unnecessary repairs.
